1. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival are eligible for a full refund (100%).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are only eligible for a 50% refund.
No Shows (failures without confirmation) are not eligible for a refund.

2. Visit Schedule Changes
Schedule changes can be made a maximum of once, with notification at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
If changes are made last minute (less than 48 hours), an administration fee of 20% of the total transaction will be charged.

3. Force Majeure Conditions
If a visit cannot be made due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, or government regulations), then:
The booking can be rescheduled at no additional cost, or
An 80% refund of the total transaction will be issued.

5. Important Notes
Refunds take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the payment method.
